Cryomagic - Automatic Cryopreservation Freezer

Introduction

Our most advanced controlled rate freezers are used to store a variety of critical samples of biological freezing or thawing works. The Cryomagic™ Freezers are available in 3.0 liter & 30 liter sizes. Each model includes a separate control unit, which can create and modify multiple freezing protocols with a compact thermal printer. A DPS-1800 Digital Pump can be chosen as an option, but it is standard to the 3.0 liter chamber. Unlike other analog pumps, the DPS-1800’s digital sensing system secures the samples and device itself preventing from liquid Nitrogen shortage or overheating. Comprehensive CMG 2003 software allows the user to store or retrieve the program files to a PC. At the same time the program offers password controlled access on multiple user levels, time and date stamping, program preview and verification before running and data storage for the last runs for subsequent printing.

Cryomagic Freezer consists of a chamber, control unit, digital LN2 pump & LN2 dewar and optional PC & software

Control Process

1. Microprocessor-base control unit commands digital pump preset freezing program.

2. Heated liquid nitrogen is transferred from a dewar to the chamber through the digital pump.
